We will discuss a frequency schedule that is appropriate for you. On average, clients come every two weeks.

To schedule an appointment, please call or email me. I will have a conversation with you over the phone about how to begin.

From there, there are forms that you will have to fill out ahead of time for example: consent to treat, HIPPA, and an intake assessment.

Each session is a 60 minute tele-health appointment. This session format is subject to change post-COVID for local clients in the Columbus, Ohio area.
